At the core of HPHS is the GOLD-CLASS system, a 6-step process available for absolute beginners. It starts with a 2-Day live event. Full access is available for 3-weeks from the first module drop into your Inbox.

Great question! This is an intensive program and you should follow along in real-time as much as possible because there is a lot to successfully preparing an occupied home for sale.
To ensure timely completion, commit from one to 1.5 hours per day to work on the program or one full 7 to 10-hour day per week to complete both the training and activities outlined in the course content.
Ideally, the program is designed to be completed within the first three weeks, with the home on the market from Week 4.
As a member, you will have a total of 3-months access to the world-class training portal from the program start date, with content rolled out over the first 7 weeks. Skills and Abilities
No, you are the captain of the good ship 'your home for sale' and will prepare and present your home in conjunction with your time frame for selling, your budget for preparing and presenting your home, and the current market conditions.
Your budget for preparing and presenting your home may range from zero to hero:
- Zero budget - you will rely mainly on your own efforts with support from friends and family. This will be explained in greater detail in the program.
- Moderate budget - you will cover the essentials and perhaps invite help from friends and family. This will be explained in greater detail in the program.
- Hero budget - you are in danger of overspending on your home's presentation and potentially eating into your profit.
This will also be explained in greater detail during the program.
An internet connection and a general level of skill in downloading PDFs and accessing, viewing, and printing course content, should allow you to complete the core course modules.
Home preparation and presentation can be physically demanding if you plan to do it yourself (DIY). Some of the activities may pose particular challenges and obstacles for people with arthritis, asthma, eczema, allergies and neck, shoulder, and back pain, or other health conditions or physical disability.
DIY home preparation and presentation may require you to carry out manual or physical activities, for example:
- moving furniture
- climbing ladders
- pushing/pulling objects
- doing tasks such as bending, kneeling, or squatting
- doing tasks with repetitive actions
- being in a dusty environment
- being exposed to pollens, dust mites, moulds, danders, or other allergens, etc.
The fitter and healthier you are, the better you'll be able to cope with the physical aspects of preparing and presenting your home for sale.
NB. Please consult your physician before starting the program if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions that may preclude you from completing the course curriculum.
As long as your overall health and physical fitness levels are appropriate to the level of physical exertion described as part of the home preparation and presentation process, age should not be a barrier to undertaking the course. Please discuss any concerns with your health care professional prior to starting the program.
NB. Please consult your physician before starting the program if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions that may preclude you from completing the course curriculum.
Membership & Payment
House Proud Home Sellers is designed to get home sellers quickly onto the streets and into preparing and presenting their homes for sale. Membership gives members access to the program for a total of 3 weeks (21 days). The HPHS program is intended to be completed and the home sold in the initial 3-month training period.
If more time is needed, home seller members can renew at the end of the program and extend membership for another 3-week period.

Payment is accepted via credit card in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe.
When a Stripe account receives payments in multiple currencies, Stripe accumulates separate balances for each currency. When those balances are paid out to an associated bank account (or debit card), Stripe automatically sends funds to the associated account for each currency, thereby avoiding exchange fees.
If paying from overseas, you should check with your banking institution if currency exchange will incur additional fees.
Conversions on disputes and refunds
If a currency-converted payment is disputed or refunded, the amount you received is converted back to the presentment currency at the current rate. This fluctuates on a daily basis, so the rate used when a charge is converted often differs from the rate used when a dispute or refund occurs. The returned amount can be less—or more—than what the payment provided. Ultimately, a customer is always refunded the exact amount they paid and in the currency they paid in, regardless of the rate and cost to the Stripe user.
14-DAY REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, a member must provide copies of completed course work within 14 days of commencement of the program to show that they have undertaken the program in good faith, along with a statement of the reason for the refund request. (Please note approved refund requests attract a processing fee of $25AUD).
